One-Time Purchase
Buy any of our dumpling varieties as a one-time purchase with no ongoing commitment. Perfect for trying new flavors or stocking up when you need them.
Subscription (Coming Soon)
Save time and never run out of your favorite dumplings! Subscribe for regular deliveries and enjoy:
- Automatic deliveries on your schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
- Exclusive subscriber perks and early access to new flavors

Cancellation Policy
One-Time Orders
Before Shipping Label is Created:
- You may cancel your order by contacting us immediately at info@dumpddumpling.com
- Full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
After Shipping Label is Created:
- Orders cannot be canceled once the shipping label has been generated
- You may refuse delivery or return the unopened package (customer responsible for return shipping costs)
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once opened
Order Modifications: Once a shipping label is created, we cannot make alterations to your order, including product changes, address updates, or delivery holds. Please review your order confirmation email carefully and contact us immediately if changes are needed.
Subscription Cancellations (When Available)
Flexibility Promise: We want you to love your subscription with zero pressure. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime with no fees or penalties.
How to Cancel:
- Log into your account at www.dumpddumplings.com
- Navigate to "Manage Subscription"
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Or email us at info@dumpddumpling.com and we'll handle it for you
Cancellation Timing:
- Cancel anytime before your next scheduled shipment processes
- If your order has already been processed and a shipping label created, that shipment cannot be canceled (see one-time order policy above)
- Cancellations take effect immediately, and you will not be charged for future shipments
Pausing Your Subscription: Rather than cancel, you can pause your subscription for up to 3 months if you need a break. Your account and preferences will be saved for when you're ready to resume.
Refund Timeline
- Cancellations before shipping: Refunds processed within 5–7 business days
- Damaged or melted products: Refunds or replacements processed immediately upon approval (see our Refund Policy for details)
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
Order Confirmation & Changes
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review this email immediatelyto verify:
- Shipping address
- Products ordered
- Quantities
- Delivery date
If anything is incorrect, contact us right away at info@dumpddumpling.com. Once processing begins, we cannot make changes.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Wholesale orders over $3,000 may have different cancellation terms. Please contact us at info@dumpddumpling.com to discuss wholesale order policies.
