Refund Policy

At Dump'd Dumplings, we're committed to delivering bold, chef-quality dumplings from our Denver kitchen straight to your door—fully frozen and ready to rock. We guarantee that our products arrive frozen solid and intact, or you get your money back!

How do I tell if products are melted or damaged?

Please inspect your products upon delivery:
Dumplings should feel hard to the touch and should not be stuck together. If more than 3 dumplings are stuck together, please contact us.
Sauces and other items (if applicable) should not have any leakage or breakage.

What do I need to get my refund or replacement?

To process your refund or replacement, please provide:
Order number beginning with DUMPD-
Pictures of:
  • Outside of the box with shipping label
  • Inside of the box with dry ice bags (note: these are clear plastic bags and will be empty if the dry ice has completely sublimated)
  • Packing slip
  • Damaged or melted product
  • Best By Date on the product packaging

Return Policy:

Due to the frozen and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Purchases from Third-Party Retailers:

For customers who purchase Dump'd Dumplings products from retailers, restaurants, or online channels separate from www.dumpddumplings.com, please direct any refund or exchange requests to the original place of purchase. Each retailer will have its own return policy and can assist you accordingly. Dump'd Dumplings is unable to process refunds or exchanges for items purchased outside of our direct sales channels.

Policy Amendments:

Dump'd Dumplings reserves the right to adjust this policy as needed. All claims must be made within 60 days of purchase.
