Shipping Policy
Overview
At Dump'd Dumplings, we ship our chef-crafted, frozen dumplings directly from our Denver, Colorado facility to your door. We're committed to getting your dumplings to you fast, fresh, and fully frozen—ready to cook and enjoy.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Frozen Shipping: All orders are shipped frozen via expedited delivery to ensure product quality and food safety.
Delivery Time: 24–48 hours from the time your order ships (business days only).
Shipping Days: Orders ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure delivery before the weekend. Orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor delivery in real-time.
Shipping Rates
- Orders Under $150: $20 flat rate shipping
- Orders $150 and Over: FREE SHIPPING
Wholesale Orders: Orders over $3,000 qualify for wholesale pricing (25% discount) and may have different shipping arrangements. Contact us at info@dumpddumpling.com for wholesale shipping details.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States.
We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. Territories
- International addresses
Packaging & Cold Chain
Your dumplings are packed with:
- Dry ice to maintain frozen temperatures during transit
- Insulated foam packaging to protect against temperature fluctuations
- Steamer liners included in every bag
Important: Dry ice will sublimate (turn to gas) during shipping. If the dry ice bags are empty upon arrival, this is normal—as long as your dumplings are still hard to the touch and frozen solid, they're perfectly safe to eat.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Please note: Once a shipping label is created, we cannot make changes to your order, including holds, product edits, or address changes. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Delivery & Inspection
Upon Delivery:
- Inspect your package immediately
- Dumplings should feel hard to the touch and not be stuck together (if more than 3 dumplings are stuck together, contact us)
- If products appear melted, damaged, or compromised, take photos and contact us immediately at info@dumpddumpling.com
Missed Delivery: If you're not home when your order arrives, the carrier will typically leave the package at your door. We recommend arranging to be home or having someone available to receive frozen shipments to minimize time at room temperature.
Damaged or Melted Products
We guarantee your dumplings arrive fully frozen and intact, or you get your money back. If your order arrives damaged or melted, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number (beginning with DUMPD-)
- Photos of:
- Outside of box with shipping label
- Inside of box with dry ice bags
- Packing slip
- Damaged or melted product
- Best By Date on product packaging

Address Changes & Order Modifications
Before Shipping Label is Created: Contact us immediately at info@dumpddumpling.com if you need to change your shipping address or modify your order.
After Shipping Label is Created: We cannot make any changes to your order, including address changes, product swaps, or delivery holds. Please verify your shipping address in your order confirmation email.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. We will contact you to arrange reshipment and payment for additional shipping fees.
Storage Upon Arrival
Once your dumplings arrive:
- Immediately transfer to your freezer
- Shelf life: 12 months when stored frozen
- Best By Date: Printed on each product package
