Our Denver born frozen dumplings prove that our stateside street food can take the best of what you love and make it even better.
This bold dumpling flavor honors the Buffalo wing tradition while creating a brand new way to enjoy it! Ready in 11 minutes and with 50 dumplings per bag, you can easily serve 4-6 people.
Our Garlicky Buffalo Chicken Dumplings taste like they were made by someone who cares, and here’s why:
We all loved the classic bone-in chicken wings my wife made every Fall on game days and she would often prepare store-bought potstickers as part of our standard game-day snack buffet. After a couple of seasons she was inspired to combine our two mainstays and “remix” her wings into a homemade dumpling! Lo and behold, the Garlicky Buffalo Chicken Dumpling was born - right here in Denver. My wife says “you’re welcome.”

    HOW TO COOK YOUR DUMPS

    Step 1
Fill pan with 2-3 inches of water and bring to a boil.
    Step 2
Line steamer basket with liners or cabbage leaves.
    Step 3
Place dumplings in basket, don't overcrowd.
    Step 4
    Steam for 11 minutes.
    Step 5
Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
    Step 1
Heat oil (enough to coat bottom of pan) in non-stick pan over medium heat.
    Step 2
Place dumplings flat-side down and at least 1 inch apart. Cook 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
    Step 3
Add ¼ cup water, cover immediately. Steam covered for about 3 minutes, KEEP MOVING THE PAN.
    Step 4
Uncover - KEEP SWIRLING THE PAN. Pro tip: If it seems like all your oil is gone, it is. Add a little more so they don’t stick.
    Step 5
Continue cooking on medium heat until flat-side is browned.

    FAQ

    • We're obsessed with flavor, so we've got multiple ways to get these bad boys perfectly cooked! Pan-frying gives you that crispy bottom with a tender top (our personal fave), steaming keeps things classic and juicy, or boiling works great for soup dumplings. Each method takes about 8-12 minutes from frozen - no thawing needed because we're all about that convenience life.

    • Here's the secret sauce (literally): Heat 1-2 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add frozen dumplings flat-side down, cook for 2-3 minutes until golden. Add 1/3 cup water, cover immediately, and steam for 6-8 minutes. Remove lid and cook another 1-2 minutes to crisp up the bottom. Boom - crispy, steamy perfection!

    • Absolutely! That's exactly how they're meant to be cooked. No thawing, no waiting, no patience required. We designed these for maximum convenience because who has time to plan ahead when dumpling cravings hit?

    • Absolutely! Air frying gives you that perfect crispy texture we're obsessed with. Spray frozen dumplings with a light coating of oil, cook at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through. For our Cheeseburger Dumplings, this method is chef's kiss - crispy outside, melty inside!

We’re not your grandma’s dumplings — but she’d respect our hustle.
